Appointment Day No guest allowed due to Covid-19 Restrictions Mask Required No makeup, freshly clean face before appointment is required 45min- 1 hour session Brows will be cleaned and mapped with quality products Tinted Brows can last between 1-3 weeks Deposit Policy Deposit is non refundable Appointment can only be rescheduled within a 48 hour notice Cancellations without proper notice will result in lost deposit Late Policy Must notify me if running more than 5 mins late. Grace period is 10 minutes More than 15 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation & lost deposit if I have consecutive clients.

Cancellation Policy

The shop is inside of a brown building in between Wendy’s & BarCode and across the street from Family Dollars. Press “Shamabeautybrows” buzzer when outside. Must notify me if running more than 5 minutes late. There is a 10 minute grace period. More than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and lost deposit. Deposit is non refundable. Appointment can only be rescheduled within a 48 hour notice. Cancellations without proper notice will result in lost deposit. Forms of payment are CASH, ZELLE, or CARD! Please be aware Card will be charged sales tax.
